Our head trainer Cam has been training Muay Thai since 2010. As an ex pro fighter with over 25 fights under his belt, he loves to share his knowledge in the sport whether you are a beginner or professional. Cam has been working 1:1 with a variety of clients over the past few years to help elevate them in their Muay Thai journey.
Our trainer Jenny has been training Muay Thai for her fitness since 2015. As a qualified personal trainer, she loves to work with her clients to achieve their goals no matter how big or small. Specialising in fat loss, strength, functional with the influence of Muay Thai.

If you are a beginner, we recommend that you start with 2-3 classes per week and work your way up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
